Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Jaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure team efficiency and goal achievement. The individual will lead and mentor a team, oversee customer support and service delivery, resolve escalations, monitor team performance, and collaborate with management to implement process improvements. Ensuring customer satisfaction and driving team success will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members
- Customer service excellence, problem-solving capabilities, and conflict resolution skills
- Operational and organizational skills to effectively oversee workflows and meet deadlines
- Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in using relevant technology and tools; knowledge of the telecommunications or internet services industry is a plus
- Prior experience in team management or supervisory roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous
