Team leader - European Visa Filling

We are seeking a Visa Specialist Team Leader to oversee the visa operations team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely visa processing for international recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage a small team, coordinate with embassies, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the visa operations team to ensure targets and timelines are met.

• Review and verify all visa applications and documentation.

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients to resolve queries.

• Ensure adherence to visa regulations and process compliance.

• Train and guide team members on best practices and updates in visa procedures.

• Prepare reports and maintain process accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in visa processing/documentation, with at least 6 months in a leadership or senior role.

• Strong knowledge of visa regulations and documentation procedures.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details:

• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Work from Office)

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday off)

• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate
