Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Collection Team Leader role based in Patna. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the team, ensure targets are met, manage performance, provide mentoring and guidance, and facilitate effective communication between team members and upper management. The role requires maintaining a motivated and goal-oriented team environment while ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide, inspire, and supervise team members effectively
- Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across different teams and levels of the organization
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and implement solutions promptly
- Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial recovery and collection processes in the banking, NBFC, or fintech sectors
- Basic knowledge of relevant software and tools to manage and monitor operations
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within a similar industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
