Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader – B2B Demand Generation

Experience: 3+ YearsJob Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Demand Generation to lead and manage the demand generation team focused on B2B software and BFSI product solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, BANT qualification, demo generation, Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) creation, pipeline management, and team handling. This role will be responsible for driving qualified opportunities for the business team and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution through strategic demand generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Demand Generation team for B2B software and BFSI product solutions.
  • Drive outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Ensure the team consistently generates demos, BANT-qualified meetings, and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, follow-ups, demo bookings, and pipeline metrics.
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies to improve qualified pipeline creation.
  • Guide and mentor team members on prospecting, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
  • Work closely with business and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and opportunity tracking.
  • Manage lead lifecycle, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene through Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Analyze team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure achievement of targets related to calls, demos, SQLs, meetings, and pipeline contribution.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
  • Prior experience in managing a Demand Generation/Lead Generation team is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling, outbound prospecting, BANT qualification, demo generation, and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) creation.
  • Experience in B2B software sales, IT services, or BFSI product/software solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working in target-driven calling environments.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and team management skills.
  • Excellent objection handling and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Must be based in Mumbai.
