Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of tele-sales or customer service advisors, ensuring high performance and adherence to process standards
  • Monitor key Call Centre metrics such as AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, YTD/MTD targets, and ensure team compliance
  • Draw up action plans for advisors requiring coaching, development, or performance improvement
  • Track attrition and performance regularly, providing updates to the Operations Manager
  • Initiate Corrective Action Plans (CAP) or Development Action Plans (DAP) as required
  • Enable development opportunities for team members through participation in initiatives, mentoring, and coaching
  • Prepare regular reports, incentive sheets, and other operational documentation
  • Ensure smooth and efficient dialer and calling processes

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and dedication to team success
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
