Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage tendering processes for major construction projects within the railway and infrastructure sectors
  • Review, analyze, and prepare tender documents ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including Railways, Metro Rail Corporations, and contractors
  • Provide expert inputs and strategic guidance in tender preparation and contract negotiations
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of tenders to maximize success rate
  • Monitor and report tender progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management
  • Support post-tender activities including contract finalization and coordination during project execution
