ties1. Credit Review & Documenta
tionReview loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelines.Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, ownership records, and insurance papers.Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across documents (e.g., ownership details, revenue figures, entity names, and addresses), escalating discrepancies when required.Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and closing using standardized checklists and quality control measu

Qualifications & S
killsMinimum 5 years of experience in Credit Operations, Loan Origination, Processing, and Documentation.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (official designation/on papers is mandatory).Willingness to work Night Shifts (US Shift) and Work From Office (WFO).Strong understanding of lending practices, credit policies, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in team leadership and people management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environ
