Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader for Credit Card Direct Channels to join our team full-time at our Kolkata location. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations of the credit card direct channel sales team, ensure team targets are met, and provide guidance and training to team members. You will be responsible for strategizing to achieve business growth, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline credit card acquisition processes. Your role will require you to regularly review performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to monitor and motivate sales teams effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in credit card sales, customer relationship management, and channel development.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and using MS Office tools for performance tracking and insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Previous experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
