Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
- Analyze collection reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the collection process and customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes regarding collections.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in collections or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
