Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Collections to manage our collections team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collections management, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to drive results through effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
  • Analyze collection reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the collection process and customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes regarding collections.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in collections or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of collection processes and legal regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
