Job Description
Team Leader – Collections | Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida sector 3
Experience: 2–3 Years in Tele-Collections
Team: Manage 15–25 Collection Executives
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC + Performance KPI
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team productivity, calls & daily targets
Achieve loan recovery targets
Monitor PTP and conversion
Conduct huddles, call audits & barge-ins
Handle escalated customer calls & settlements
Ensure RBI-compliant and ethical collection practices
Maintain daily recovery reports in MS Excel
Requirements:
Team Leadership & Negotiation Skills
Loan Recovery / Fintech / NBFC experience
Good knowledge of PTP, buckets & settlements
MS Excel & Dialer knowledge
Hindi & English communication skills
