  • We are looking for Team Leader with Call centre/ BPO experince, who can travel with us with our professional path

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for team Performance, Attrition and shrinkage. Prepare Daily reports. Manage and Handle all the team reports and improve performance on daily basis. Dialer Management exposure & usage is must. Knowledge of Excel & good working skills in Systems.

Required Candidate profile

  • Candidate with 2+yrs in Inbound and outbound Voice process from domestic Call center domain with strong Team Handling experience. Along with Tamil & good English, knowing any one languages - Kannada / Telugu must.
