Job Title: Team Leader Business Intelligence & Automation
The role exists to transform fragmented operational data into structured intelligence, reduce manual dependencies, and build a scalable data-driven ecosystem that improves efficiency, profitability, and strategic clarity. This is a business data leadership role focused on analytics architecture and automation logic rather than technical system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and standardize data structures
- Establish single-source-of-truth definitions
- Develop validation and quality control frameworks
- Develop analytical frameworks for performance monitoring
- Build revenue and cost optimization models
- Convert data into actionable insights
- Identify repetitive processes for automation
- Design workflow automation logic
- Collaborate with IT for implementation
- Lead development of dynamic dashboards
- Transition static MIS to interactive analytics
- Drive adoption across departments
- Map end-to-end data flow

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or automation roles with exposure to cross-functional reporting systems.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Statistics / Computer Science preferred.
- Post Graduate degree in MBA (Operations / Business Analytics / Systems) preferred.
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic SQL / Database understanding (preferred)
- Automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, App Script, etc.)
- MIS design and reporting frameworks
- Data validation and cleansing techniques
