Team Leader

. Major Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) at the Site, supported by other Authority Engineer (AE) personnel, to perform all required services
• Be responsible for the coordinated, timely, and efficient functioning of all AE personnel and the day-to-day performance of the Services
• Ensure the PMS Engineer discharges its duties in a fair, impartial, and efficient manner, consistent with the highest standards of professional integrity and Good Industry Practice
• Ensure compliance with all prevailing local and Central laws and legislation
• Take charge of the Site and manage the design and construction of the entire project to fulfill project objectives
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources and contractual provisions to achieve economy in execution
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to the Authority within mutually agreed timeframes and formats, highlighting important issues and deviations

. Roles & Responsibilities for HSE

• Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
• To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
• To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
• Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
• Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects

. Qualification & Experience

• An Engineering Graduate (Civil), minimum 20 years of relevant experience
