Job Title: Team Leader - Associate Onboarding Administration

Date : May 17th, 2026 (Sunday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Olympus A, Security Block Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Thane (W) 400607, Maharashtra, India.

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 6 to 10 years

Eligibility:

Role Summary:

Leads the HR System Administration function, overseeing HRIS operations, system upgrades, and compliance with data privacy standards. Acts as the strategic link between HR, IT, and vendors, driving automation, efficiency, and business insights through HR systems.

Role Responsibilities –

  • Manage the overall HRIS function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data.
  • Oversee allocation of system tasks, audits, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, documentation, and collaboration with IT and vendor support.
  • Ensure role-based access controls and system security settings are properly managed.
  • Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
  • Ensure HR data management complies with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Develop system training strategy for HR and end-users.
  • Manage team performance, coaching, and skill development.
  • Represent HR Systems in cross-functional technology and transformation projects.

Qualification –

  • 6–10 years of HR systems administration or HR eqdQ leadership.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data security compliance standards.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree - Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience administering HRIS or HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in database management, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
