Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, applying visualization best practices for clarity and usability.
Build and optimize data models (relational/dimensional), DAX measures, and calculations to improve accessibility and reporting efficiency.
Design and implement data pipelines and transformation workflows to integrate and process data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and deliver aligned BI and data solutions.
Leverage Power Platform tools, AI, and automation to enhance workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and optimize data processing.
Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and drive continuous improvements in analytics, data workflows, and reporting practices.
Support data strategy initiatives and contribute to the delivery of scalable, business-aligned data solutions.

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service) for dashboard and report development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling (star schema).
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling concepts (relational and dimensional).
Experience with data cleaning, validation, preparation, and visualization best practices.
Knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Automate/ Power Query/Power Apps/M-Query
Working knowledge of Python/R for analytics is a plus
Awareness of AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
