Job Title: Team Leader – Admission Counseling (Online Education)

About the Role

Eduplier Education Services is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Admission Counseling who has a strong background in Online Higher Education Admissions. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can lead from the front by managing a counseling team while also actively counseling prospective students and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counselors.

* Drive team and individual admission targets.

* Personally counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

* Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.

* Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve team performance.

* Ensure high-quality student counseling and excellent customer experience.

* Track team KPIs, prepare reports, and share performance updates.

* Coordinate with management to implement strategies for improving admissions.

Eligibility & Experience

* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Online/Distance Education Admissions.

* At least 1–2 years of experience leading a counseling team.

* Must have hands-on experience in calling, counseling, and admission conversion.

* Strong knowledge of UG & PG Online Degree Programs (MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, M.Com, MA, etc.).

* Experience working with online universities such as LPU Online, Amity Online, Chandigarh University Online, Sikkim Manipal University, D.Y. Patil University Online, or similar institutions will be highly preferred.

* MBA preferred (Bachelor's degree mandatory).

* Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor team performance and improve conversion rates.

Compensation

* Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
