Team Leader - Accounts Receivable

Role specific skillsets:

Accounting concepts& Processing

• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of Order to cash
• Understanding about the various aspects of Accounts Receivable process for e. g. :- Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.
• Comfortable working on Excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e. g. Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.
• Experience of working on SAP, Oracle or Tally.

Operational Management:

• Manage the deployment and monitoring of resources in performing the various tasks assigned.
• Work with stake holders to define business and process requirements for new and better way of delivering activities.
• Direct involvement in identifying and developing tools for enhancing team performance.
• Manage supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions for the team.
• Liaison with other operation teams for carrying out day to day to activities.

DESIRED CANDIDATEPROFILE:

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization s needs
• A B. Com/M. Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 6-8 years in managing Accounts Receivable processes
• A flair for leading a team and bringing about the best in people (minimum1 year prior experience)
• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
• An ability to understand the organization s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations
