The Supervisor of Design will lead and influence creative talent to achieve departmental and project goals through professional communication, consistent messaging and organized creative processes

Responsibilities include managing teams dedicated to client-side and internal design initiatives such as developing process workflows and overseeing employee development paths. Additional responsibilities include representing the Design Team perspective, goals and deliverables in meetings across multiple cross functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Client Support.
