Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional who can lead the B2C sales effort on a daily basis for
our PMS strategies (Rs 50 lakh minimum net worth), acquire HNI/UHNI clients and craft effective
communication strategies to nurture B2C clients on an ongoing basis. Along with making calls and
managing your own client roster, you will oversee and drive the daily sales efforts of our 5-member
B2C advisory team, which processes direct customer leads received through digital and other
channels. You will co–ordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth client experience. You
will handle escalation emails/calls from clients in a timely manner. As the Team Lead for Advisory,
you will also manage client relationships and communication on an ongoing basis, both for your own
clients and that of the team, from initial consultation to onboarding and thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
● Acquire HNI/UHNI clients for PrimeInvestor's PMS strategies, by effectively pitching our
products after analyzing suitability
● Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, ensuring seamless account setup
and documentation
Driving the sales effort
● Guide wealth advisors in their daily activities to effectively process direct leads
● Monitor and spearhead the team's daily activities to ensure high lead conversion rates
● Monitor individual advisor performance and address any roadblocks to performance
● Create effective product pitches to aid the sales effort
● Craft an effective communication strategy to nurture onboarded clients
● Handle escalation calls, email queries from clients on behalf of advisors reporting to you
● Handle communications to and queries from, already onboarded clients
● Facilitate interactions between high-value clients and portfolio managers when required
MIS reporting
● Actively mine Zoho CRM to track the performance of individual members of the advisory
team and provide timely reports to management on lead flow, status, conversion metrics
and dropoff rates
Business Development & Retention
● Identify opportunities for additional investments from existing clients based on their
financial capacity and goals and present suitable investment solutions
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new client acquisition and AUM growth
● Generate referrals through exceptional client service and relationship building
Co-ordinating with operations
● Act as a bridge between the Advisory and Operations teams for a smooth customer journey
Market Intelligence & Professional Development
● Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends
● Maintain current knowledge of PrimeInvestor's PMS strategies, performance updates, and
product enhancements
● Attend regular training sessions and product briefings
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
● Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce (MBA preferred)
● 8-10 years of proven experience, including leading sales/advisory teams dealing with
HNI/UHNI clients in a PMS, AIF or Wealth management firm
● Must have cleared NISM V-A certification. Additional preferred qualifications: NISM-Series-X-
A (Level 1), NISM-Series-X-B (Level 2), or CFP
Skills & Competencies
● Leadership: Ability to organize, motivate and effectively lead a young team
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
● Languages: Working knowledge of Hindi and at least one regional language preferred
● Technical: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio
management concepts
● Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
and digital communication tools
● Relationship Management: Proven track record in HNI client relationship building and
retention
● Advisory Skills: Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, and achieving business
targets
