Job Description

Ensure all VTM activities are completed within the defined TAT.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Interact with clients and provide regular updates and reporting during the process.
Ensure post-process management of forms, including proper storage, indexing, and Xeroxing.
Manage team attendance and reallocate work in case of absenteeism to maintain productivity.
Drive team morale and motivate members to achieve their best performance.
Ensure the team adheres to organizational work ethics and standards.
Monitor quality and accuracy across all process activities.
