Job Title: Team Lead – US Recruitment (Pharma / Life Sciences)

About the Role:
We are expanding our US Recruitment Division and looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for Pharma and Life Sciences staffing requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements — from sourcing to onboarding
- Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication, and cultural fitment
- Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain strong pipeline management
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures
- Track team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share updates with management
- Train and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trends
- Drive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly team goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment with team handling exposure
- Strong domain knowledge in Pharma and / or Life Sciences
- Experience with VMS / MSP preferred
- Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven night shift environment (EST/CST)
- Self-motivated, committed team player with a positive attitude
