Job Description

Job Title: Team Lead US F&A

Location: Work from Office (No Hybrid / WFH / Remote)

Shift: Night Shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead US Finance & Accounting (F&A) with strong exposure to US accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling US clients and managed a team of 12 processors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end US accounting activities, including:
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • General Ledger (GL) accounting
    • Profit & Loss (P&L) review and analysis
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities
  • Work closely with US clients to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and company policies
  • Prepare financial reports and support audits when required
  • Identify process improvements and support team mentoring when needed
Required Experience & Skills

  • 69 years of experience in US Accounting / US F&A
  • Strong process knowledge in US Accouting and good team handling skills. Managed a team of 10-12 processors
  • Worked for US clients and open to work in night shift
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • General Ledger
    • P&L statements
  • Prior experience working directly with US clients is highly desirable
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently during night shift
