Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calicut for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, ensuring the successful execution of student counseling and admission processes. Daily responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating tasks among team members, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a high level of service for students. In addition, the Team Lead will work closely with management to achieve organizational goals and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have good experience in overseas education.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in counseling, student application processes, and admission procedures
• Organizational and time management skills for overseeing operations and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa application processes, and study abroad requirements
• Prior experience within the education or consultancy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
