Team Lead : UK Payroll : HRO

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead - UK Payroll for a leading ITES company. In this role, you'll oversee a team managing the end-to-end UK payroll process. You'll ensure accurate and compliant payroll transactions, handle client escalations, review data, and provide timely payroll services. This position acts as a key liaison between the team, clients, and other stakeholders, focusing on performance monitoring, driving operational efficiency, and coaching team members to maintain high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 8+ associates, providing coaching and support to improve productivity and ensure high service quality.
• UK Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end UK payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Handle client escalations and reviews, interact with customers regarding metrics and tracking, and provide timely payroll data.
• Process Coordination: Communicate with upstream and downstream partners to ensure smooth daily payroll operations.
• Compliance & Data: Ensure payroll transactions comply with relevant regulations, including experience with ITAR and NRC.
• Reporting & Efficiency: Monitor performance metrics and drive operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Overall 6+ years of experience in the HR and Payroll domain, specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience with 8+ associates for a client.
• Mandatory experience in UK Payroll Process, including pre-payroll and post-payroll activities.
• Experience in handling clients, including escalations, reviews, and daily interactions.
• Skills:Excellent Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
• Strong Coaching Skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with upstream and downstream partners.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Payroll on Cloud.
