Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Team Lead - Transport Admin role.
The Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of employee transportation, ensuring the implementation of effective fleet management strategies, timely execution, and resolution of on-ground transportation challenges. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, and stakeholders, managing compliance and safety standards, analyzing data to optimize operations, and improving commute experiences for employees, while maintaining a focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Fleet Management, Vendor Coordination, and Worksite Operations Management.
Strong Analytical, Data Interpretation, and Reporting Skills.
Knowledge of Transportation Compliance, Safety Standards, and Cost Optimization Practice.
Effective Leadership and Team Management Skills.
Experience in Employee Commute Solutions, preferably in IT, BPO, or Banking Sector.
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Abilities.
Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to manage on-ground challenges effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Operations, or related fields; relevant experience in transportation or logistics is highly desirable.
