Working Hours:

• Morning Training: 5:00 AM 7:00 AM
• Flexible Time / Support: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Evening Training: 8:00 PM 10:00 PM

Salary Package: 14,000 - 30,000 per month

Experience Required: 2 5 years

Age Preference: 28 35 years

Interview Process: 4 Rounds

Key Responsibilities

Team Goal & Target Management

• Take complete ownership of team learning goals and program completion targets
• Ensure learners progress and group outcomes are achieved collectively
• Focus on overall team & batch performance.

Team Performance & Student Monitoring

• Track attendance, participation, and learning outcomes of groups and students
• Monitor team coaching quality and learner engagement
• Identify gaps in coaching or learner progress and implement corrective measures
• Ensure timely completion of training programs and assignments

Team Handling & Operations

• Manage and supervise a team of 510 Training/Coaching Associates
• Allocate sessions, batches, and tasks among team members
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability within the team
• Ensure smooth operations of online training sessions and support hours

Team Motivation & Engagement

• Motivate coaching associates to maintain professional conduct and learner focus
• Build a disciplined, positive, and productive coaching environment
• Encourage collaboration and skill development among team members

Training & Coaching Support

• Guide team members in delivering live online sessions and mentoring learners
• Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of new coaching associates
• Ensure process adherence, record maintenance, and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; basic English preferred)
• Experience in training, coaching, teaching, or mentoring adults
• High discipline, punctuality, and professional responsibility
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LMS platforms
• Ability to manage team and learners effectively in remote setup
