We are at Teleperformance hiring for team leader operation for collection process.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team leader required.
- Experience in Dialer is preferred.
- DRA certified is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Lead ,manage, and motivate a team of collection agent to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Handle escalation calls and provide resolution to customers.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines.
- Work closely with dialer systems to optimize calling efficiency.
- Conduct regular team briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain reports and share insights with management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package - Upto 5 lpa
