Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Telesales role located in Jaipur. The Team Lead Telesales will oversee and manage a telesales team, driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales targets, coaching and motivating team members, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company sales processes and policies. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills, particularly in telesales or a similar domain
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, track metrics, and create actionable strategies
  • Problem-solving and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, telecommunication tools, and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
