Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end AT&T project lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ members
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress and productivity
- Ensure adherence to timelines, KPIs, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Track team performance and drive continuous improvement
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow execution
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in LLD / HLD / ARAMIS tools
- Exposure to Hybrid Drafting Model and AOTX
- Experience in QC Macro and MIC processes
- Strong understanding of AT&T workflows and standards
- Proven leadership and team handling experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
