Team Lead Telecallers US Night Shift (Work from Home)

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to train, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers who connect with merchants across the US West Coast. If you've led a calling team before, are comfortable with night hours, and enjoy helping people get better at their jobs, we'd like to hear from you.

Shift: 8–9 hours between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM IST (aligned to US business hours), with flexibility to overlap with your team's shifts

Location: Remote, work from anywhere in India

What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and support a remote team of around 15 telecallers
• Onboard and train new hires on our Merchant Services, call scripts, objection handling, and CRM/call-record practices
• Listen to live and recorded calls, give regular feedback, and run one-on-one coaching sessions
• Set daily call, connect, and conversion targets, and track performance against them
• Step in on escalated or difficult merchant calls when needed
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and team discipline across night hours
• Share daily and weekly performance reports with management, along with suggestions to improve results
• Keep the team motivated through rejections and help underperformers improve
• Support hiring by screening and interviewing telecaller candidates

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or inside sales, including at least 1 year leading or supervising a calling team
• Fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent, plus strong listening and communication skills
• Proven ability to train people and improve their call performance
• Comfortable working night shifts on a consistent basis
• Experience managing remote or work-from-home teams is a strong advantage
• Experience selling to US customers or small business owners is a plus
• Organised, target-driven, and comfortable with basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets and a CRM

Language requirement (mandatory)

You should be fluent in English. An additional Indian language is a plus.

Must have (mandatory)

• Own laptop in good working condition
• Stable, high-speed internet connection (a backup connection is preferred)
• Good quality headset with a clear microphone, preferably noise-cancelling
• A quiet space to take calls and run team meetings

Compensation

• Salary: 35000-50000
• Team incentive: Separate
