Job Description

Ion Idea is looking for a Technical Product Specialist Team Lead to drive customer success, lead a high-performing team, and provide expert-level technical support for Dynatrace technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS products, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and post-sales support.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynatrace technologies, methodologies, and frameworks.
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support across multiple platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with Customer Experience platforms to drive engagement and issue resolution.
Stay up to date with emerging cloud, DevOps, and ITSM technologies.
Obtain Professional Level Dynatrace Certification within the first six months.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer success or equivalent post-sales support.
1+ years of leadership experience, with proven mentorship and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, SAP.
Web & Application Servers: Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss.
Development Technologies: Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax.
Mobile Technologies: iOS, Android Webkit.
DevOps Tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet.
ITSM Platforms: ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB.
