About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Team Lead with strong .NET expertise and Housing Finance / Mortgage domain exposure. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined architecture and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business & domain requirements into clear technical designs and tasks
- Own technical execution, quality, and delivery within approved architecture
- Lead, mentor, and guide developers through design, development, and code reviews
- Handle complex development, debugging, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and program managers
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science / IT
- 3+ years in Technical Lead or senior developer role (Housing Finance preferred)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET (4.8 / 6+), C#
- ASP.NET Web API, REST services
- SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Mortgage / Housing Finance domain experien
- Technical leadership and production issue handling
- ORM tools: Entity Framework / Dapper
