Job Description

Position Title - Team Lead - Talent Staffing & Campus Hiring

Function - Human Resources

Years of Experience - 7 to 10 years

Qualification - MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university/institution.

Job Purpose:

Lead Talent Acquisition for campus and lateral hiring to build a strong, future-ready pipeline. This role will drive strategic hiring initiatives, employer branding, and end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a focus on manufacturing and corporate talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment execution for campus and lateral hiring.
  • Partner with business leaders to define workforce plans and hiring strategies.
  • Drive sourcing strategy across channels (LinkedIn, headhunting, networks, referrals).
  • Build and scale talent pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership roles.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely hiring aligned with business goals.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics, market intelligence, and competitor trends.
  • Map talent across competitors as a part of market intelligence
  • Drive adoption of ATS, analytics, and AI-enabled hiring practices.
  • Enhance employer branding and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Manage external partners, search firms, and vendors.

Campus Hiring & Young Talent Strategy:

  • Define and execute campus hiring strategy across institutes.
  • Build long-term institute partnerships and secure strong engagement presence.
  • Lead campus branding, engagement initiatives, and internship programs.
  • Oversee on boarding, integration, and engagement of young talent.
  • Track career progression, retention, and development of campus hires.
  • Drive structured learning and capability-building interventions.
  • Ensure alignment with Group HR frameworks and governance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven ability to drive hiring strategy in manufacturing/industrial setups
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Expertise in sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment analytics
  • Experience in leading teams and managing vendors/partners
