Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic incumbent to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for not only managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process but also for leading and mentoring a team of Talent Advisors, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, strong stakeholder engagement and driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for RnD (IPDO & Biologics) work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and plan hiring.
  • Partner with Scouting team and Operations team to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Track and focus on key hiring metrics as defined in the scorecard drive accountability for outcomes.
  • Use data (hiring demand, attrition, gaps) to provide insights and improve hiring decisions.
  • Do market mapping and build strong market intelligence on talent availability, competitor landscape, and salary benchmarks.
  • Work with hiring managers to clearly define roles to attract the right candidates.
  • Ensure positions are closed on time with quality candidates and within SLA.
  • Drive internal hiring through IJP and internal talent pools.
  • Set regular cadence with business leaders publish hiring status and provide insights.
  • Drive periodic reviews with P&O and business teams to track progress and resolve challenges.
  • Handle offer discussions and negotiations, ensuring internal parity and market alignment.
  • Ensure all hiring processes, systems, and documentation are followed properly.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
  • Take up special projects in collaboration with HR Direct and CoE teams to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Educational qualification: MBA/bachelor's degree in management (Preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum work Experience: 12 + plus years of HR experience, primarily in end to end Talent Acquisition.
