Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic incumbent to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for not only managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process but also for leading and mentoring a team of Talent Advisors, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, strong stakeholder engagement and driving an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational qualification: MBA/bachelor's degree in management (Preferably Human Resources Management)
Minimum work Experience: 12 + plus years of HR experience, primarily in end to end Talent Acquisition.

. Knowledge about pharma industry
. Trends in Pharma generics- Talent, Recruitment trends, etc.
. Well-honed sourcing and interviewing skills.
. Ability to understand the business needs and adapt hiring approach to meet the expectations of hiring managers.
