Key Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor the TA Team
- Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing
- Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and encourage growth
Drive Recruitment Strategy
- Build effective hiring strategies across multiple functions
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Ensure alignment with business goals and DEI initiatives
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Share recruitment insights, market updates & hiring analytics
- Manage relationships with external agencies and job portals
Process Excellence & Reporting
- Improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & hiring regulations
- Track key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with HR & Marketing to strengthen employer brand
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices & competitor insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience in IT hiring (mandatory)
Expertise with ATS, HR tools, and sourcing platforms
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and lead high-performing teams
Sound knowledge of labor laws & recruitment compliance
