Job Description

Job Title : Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

Work Experience (years): 3 - 5 Years

Work Location : Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India

Annual Compensation : INR 480,000 - 7,00,000

Are you a dynamic recruitment leader with strong IT hiring experience and a passion for building high-performing teams We're looking for a Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive our end-to-end hiring strategy and play a key role in scaling our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor the TA Team

  • Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and encourage growth

Drive Recruitment Strategy

  • Build effective hiring strategies across multiple functions
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and DEI initiatives

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Share recruitment insights, market updates & hiring analytics
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and job portals

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & hiring regulations
  • Track key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring

Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with HR & Marketing to strengthen employer brand
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices & competitor insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong experience in IT hiring (mandatory)

Expertise with ATS, HR tools, and sourcing platforms

Excellent communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills

Proven ability to meet hiring targets and lead high-performing teams

Sound knowledge of labor laws & recruitment compliance
