Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring across Finance, Investments, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productivity and timely hiring.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to offer release and closure.
• Drive high-volume and time-sensitive hiring across multiple business functions.
• Handle recruitment for Finance, Investments, and other related domains.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to understand recruitment requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, closure ratio, and quality of hire.
• Introduce new sourcing strategies and improve hiring processes using technology and innovative approaches.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely recruitment delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in leading or managing a recruitment team.
• Experience in hiring for both UAE and Indian markets.
• Strong exposure to Finance, Investments, and other non-IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to leverage technology, digital tools, and innovative hiring initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a primary background in IT recruitment are not preferred.

Job Details

• Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Kozhikode, Kerala.
• Work Mode: Full-time, On-site.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
