Hiring: Study Abroad Team Lead
Location: Calicut, Kerala | Full-Time | On-Site
We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Team Lead to lead our overseas education counselling team and drive sales and team performance.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education – Mandatory
- 1+ year of Team Lead / Team Leader experience – Mandatory
- Sales experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Germany & Austria study-abroad destinations
- Strong Team Building, Leadership & People Management skills
- Excellent Student Counselling, Sales & Communication skills
- Strong Decision-Making, Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Target-oriented with proven ability to drive sales, conversions & team performance
