State Bank Operations Support Services (SBOSS), established in July 2022, is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of India (SBI). SBOSS was created to provide dedicated operations support services to SBI, the largest public sector bank in India. Fully authorized by the Reserve Bank of India, SBOSS focuses on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in banking operations. The organization aims to optimize processes to support the bank's seamless functioning and customer service excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, based at the Kasauli Tehsil office. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily banking operations, coordinating tasks within the team, and ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines. The role involves mentoring team members, monitoring workflow efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges. The Team Lead will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to guide, motivate, and supervise team members
  • Proficiency in banking operations and familiarity with financial sector guidelines and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with operational process improvement is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
