We're Hiring – Delivery / Team Lead

Location: Kochi | Experience: 12–20 years

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive delivery excellence across diverse portfolios — from mobile and web to cloud and enterprise applications.

If you're passionate about leading multi-disciplinary teams, shaping delivery strategies, and partnering with global clients (especially across Europe or Germany), this role is for you!

What We're Looking For

12+ years in IT Delivery / Portfolio Management

Experience collaborating with German / European stakeholders

Strong hands-on expertise in Enterprise Java (Spring, JEE, Quarkus)

Bonus: Exposure to TypeScript, Python, or Go

Working knowledge of Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)

Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-region teams

Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery models

Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing
