About the job
We are looking for a Team Lead - SprintVerify to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on selling identity verification, onboarding, and fraud detection solutions to businesses, fin-techs, NBFCs, and banks while building strong client relationships and managing team performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Drive sales strategy and execution for SprintVerify solutions
● Sell identity verification, BGV, and fraud detection APIs to BFSI and fin-tech clients
● Identify, acquire, and manage new clients across target markets
● Lead and mentor a team of BDMs/SDRs to achieve sales targets
● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Product Heads)
● Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
● Understand client onboarding challenges and position SprintVerify solutions effectively
● Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, marketing) for solution delivery
● Track team performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools
● Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets
Qualification and Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
● 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (fin-tech, SaaS, or banking preferred)
● Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
● Experience in selling API-based, SaaS, or verification solutions is a strong plus
● Understanding of KYC, onboarding, compliance, and fraud detection processes
● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
● Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
