Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Accounting Knowledge: Accrual and cash basis accounting.

Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.

Reconciliation: Bank and account reconciliation.

Payroll: Payroll accounting, payroll software, Forms 940 & 941.

Industry-Specific: Real estate accounting and related software.
