JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Team Lead – Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered solutions across our products and platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strong technical expertise with team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 engineers, fostering growth and best practices
- Own technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable applications
- Conduct code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical guidance
AI & Product Development
- Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and LLMs
- Design scalable systems including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent workflows
- Develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, and other platforms
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
Platform & Infrastructure
- Build APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications (React, Node.js)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of systems in production
Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI and emerging technologies
- Drive POCs and bring innovative AI use cases into the product ecosystem
Preferred Requirements
5-7 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI application architecture
- Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Exposure to GenAI, AI agents, and MLOps practices
- Experience with vector databases and AI observability tools
