Job Description : Lead team of Design Engineers for Petro Retail network.

• Domain Expertise - civil structural & underground design, civil RCC portion
• Guide Civil Enggs on civil design work, ensuring quality of deliverables, guiding consultants etc
• Interaction with consultant on review of drawings
• Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements o Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis o Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE o Incorporate new developments in design and standards o Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition o Resolve queries received from Project managers, Sites, Statutory authorities etc.
• People development for enhanced capability & productivity o Developing training modules and conduct training programs o Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs
• Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE o Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues. o Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Asset management to enhance reliability & productivity o Carry out root cause analysis of failures and provide optimum solutions to enhance reliability Maximize customer satisfaction (internal & external) and take corrective action on feedback
