Team Lead SEO & Automation

We are hiring a Team Lead – SEO & Automation to manage and scale our organic growth operations. The ideal candidate is strong in SEO strategy, technical SEO, automation workflows, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the SEO, content, and outreach team

Plan and execute SEO strategies across websites

Build automation workflows using AI, Zapier, Make, and Google Sheets

Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes

Optimize content using E-E-A-T and SERP intent

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer, Frase) for content and SEO tasks

Monitor KPIs using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Conduct competitor & backlink analysis

Work with the dev/product team for on-page improvements

Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends

Skills Required

SEO Tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

Automation: Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, AI tools

Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema, crawling/indexing

Content SEO: Keyword research, on-page optimization

Off-Page SEO: Link building, outreach processes

Reporting: Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets

CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify (basic)

Bonus: HTML/CSS, JS/Python (optional)

Qualifications

Graduate (any stream)

4–6+ years of experience in SEO

Proven results in improving rankings & organic traffic

Experience in automation-led SEO & AI tools
