Team Lead/Senior Consultant- SAP ABAP US Projects

Key Deliverables:

• Develop technical solutions, including coding, testing, and documentation for SAP-related objects
• Coordinate with onsite and remote development teams to deliver SAP solutions
• Support the functional team with technical aspects, such as SAP workflows, reports, and interfaces
• Build and review code, prepare unit test cases, and ensure optimal performance of ABAP objects
• Analyze customer requirements and manage expectations to prevent escalations
• Implement best practices in development, ensuring high-quality output and minimal errors
• Propose ABAP redesigns for performance improvements
• Perform technical research to find optimal solutions and implement SAP OSS notes for ABAP operations
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of SAP functionality

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development activities and guide remote teams to meet deadlines
• Support the business implementation process by providing technical expertise in ABAP development
• Work closely with SAP functional specialists to deliver effective solutions
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, offering innovative and reusable solutions
• Assist in performance tuning and problem management for ABAP objects
• Engage in proposal writing and client interaction, ensuring timely delivery of quality work
• Handle complex technical queries in SAP environments, including ABAP workflow and Adobe forms
