Role Overview
We're looking for a people-first, growth-driven Team Lead to own and scale our marketplace partner relationships.
You'll lead a team of Account Managers, drive partner success, and turn strong relationships into measurable marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quick Commerce & Ecommerce sales pipeline end-to-end
- Build strong relationships with brands, vendors, and strategic partners
- Drive onboarding and revenue growth across categories
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Collaborate with category, operations, marketing, and product teams
- Track sales performance, targets, and key business metrics
- Mentor & guide junior sales team members for better conversions
- Negotiate commercials and close high-impact deals

Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years in Business Development & Account Management / Client Success roles
- Team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce / marketplace ecosystems
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & problem-solving skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
