Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage and drive a high-performing counselling team for our Germany Nurse Placement Program. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, counselling expertise, and target-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Counsellors, ensuring individual and team targets are met.

Drive counselling and conversion for the Nurse Placement Program (Germany).

Coach, train, and mentor counsellors to improve performance and productivity.

Monitor daily performance metrics, pipeline, and conversions.

Ensure high-quality counselling and excellent candidate experience.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and process flow.

Maintain discipline, motivation, and engagement within the team.

What You Bring

Proven experience in team handling within sales/counselling environments.

Experience in international placements / overseas education / recruitment is a plus.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and counselling processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with strong leadership abilities.
