Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong sales background (highly desirable)
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor performance and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure adherence to sales processes & quality standards
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
- Prepare reports on team performance
- Train and guide new members for better productivity
