Job Description:

The Team Lead Sales Enablement is responsible for leading the sales enablement analytics and reporting team while ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable sales data insights for business stakeholders. This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support sales processes through reporting, analysis, and operational coordination.

The Team Lead will oversee the preparation and validation of various sales reports such as account tagging reports, sales order reports, billing reports, heat maps, and other sales performance analytics. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and business understanding to support decision-making and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Enablement reporting and analytics team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and data insights.
  • Act as the primary mediator between Sales teams and internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and other teams to support reporting and data requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and validation of key reports including account tagging reports, sales order reports, billing reports, heat map analysis, and other sales performance reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data governance standards.
  • Monitor team workloads, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Review and validate reports prepared by team members to ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability
  • Identify data discrepancies or reporting issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to automate reports and streamline workflows.
  • Support high-priority and high-visibility projects related to sales analytics and reporting.
  • Maintain strong communication with US-based stakeholders and ensure alignment on reporting requirements and priorities.
  • Track team performance metrics, maintain service levels, and ensure inbox/email turnaround times are met.
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and development guidance to team members.

Must Have

  • 810 years of total experience in sales analytics, reporting, or sales operations roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership or team management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and development guidance to team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, advanced formulas).
  • Experience creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of requests.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP data structures or ERP systems.
  • Experience working with sales order data, billing data, and pricing information.
  • Familiarity with master data governance and change management processes.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of sales operations or sales enablement processes.

Working Hours:

  • 10.30 am to 7.30 pm daylight saving
  • 11.30 am to 8.30 pm non daylight saving
